Martin is the co-founder and MD of Cerca Trova Advisors, a San Francisco based boutique investment bank focused on the games and digital media sector. Martin has deep experience in the digital media sector and has negotiated more than 40 M&A; and capital raising transactions valued at over $20 billion. Martin was Director of M&A; and Strategy at Nokia, where he closed the largest acquisition in Nokia’s history ($8 billion acquisition of NAVTEQ). Prior to that, Martin was Vice President at Crimson Investment, a $600 million international private equity and venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. Martin holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Management from MIT.
